Whether you are assessing the impact of the easement on property use or finding the most strategic way of obtaining access, this presentation will help. This presentation will cover a number of objectives giving up-to-date information on creating easements, locating and defining their course, preparation of easement descriptions, easement kinds and purpose along with easement reversion.
